IWC Schaffhausen – Portugieser The Portugieser came to life out of a need of a moment, ordered by two Portuguese merchants willing to transform a marine chronometer to a wrist watch. With a chronograph Portugieser pays tribute to the design codes of the original, being one of the most classic offering in watchmaking history, slightly sporty but with significant doze of unpretentious elegance. “Unique” variant was made only in one copy on 28 x 28 cm paper in a mixed technique: watercolor, crayons, white ink.
